Chromium, a green tea extract standardised to its EGCG content, and L-theanine paired with the caffeine that arrives with the tea rather than added on top.
The reason the label is short is that we removed everything we could not defend. Every ingredient here appears at the dose used in the human trials we cite. A famous ingredient at a quarter of the studied dose is the standard trick in this category, and it is the reason most of it does nothing.
The theanine is not a stimulant story. It is there because 80 mg of caffeine on an empty stomach at 7 a.m. makes some people jittery enough to stop taking the thing, and adherence is the only variable that reliably matters.

The failure mode of every supplement is not efficacy, it is that people stop. So the protocol is one step, at a fixed time, with no loading phase and no cycling schedule to remember.
Two tablets with your first drink of the day. There is no loading phase, no cycling week, and nothing to remember on a weekend. If you take it later than mid-afternoon the 80 mg of caffeine will keep you up, which is the only timing rule that matters.

From your account page, in one click, at any time — the same way you started it, with no phone call and no retention gauntlet. You can also skip a shipment or change the interval. We email you three days before every renewal, with the amount and the date, and a cancel link in that email.
What can these actually do?
They are dietary supplements, not medicine, and they do not work in the absence of a change in what you eat. Where an ingredient has human trial data we have used the dose from those trials and we cite them. Where it does not, we say so. Anyone in this category promising a specific number of pounds in a specific number of days is either guessing or lying.
Why only three products?
Because a range of thirty means most of them are the same formula in different bottles. Three formulations is what we can explain honestly.
Where can I see the test results?
Nothing has shipped yet, so there are no results to show. When ordering opens, the lot code on the base of your bottle will resolve to the certificate of analysis for that lot — identity, potency, heavy metals, microbiology. Not a representative sample from a different batch.
