Glucomannan has an authorised weight-management claim in the European register, and that authorisation is unusually specific: 3 g per day, in three 1 g doses, with water, ahead of meals, in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
Almost nothing on the market is sold that way. A blend with 500 mg of glucomannan in it is not a smaller version of the studied protocol — it is a different thing that happens to share an ingredient.
So this is six tablets a day, in three doses of two, before meals. It is more tablets than anyone wants to swallow. That is the trade, and we would rather be honest about it than sell you the convenient version that does nothing.
Take with a full glass of water. A viscous fibre taken with too little liquid can swell before it reaches the stomach. Do not take it immediately before lying down.

The failure mode of every supplement is not efficacy, it is that people stop. So the protocol is one step, at a fixed time, with no loading phase and no cycling schedule to remember.
Two tablets with a full glass of water, fifteen to thirty minutes before each of your three main meals. The glucomannan swells on contact with liquid, so the full glass is not optional. Most people find the pre-dinner dose the one that actually changes the meal.

What can these actually do?
They are dietary supplements, not medicine, and they do not work in the absence of a change in what you eat. Where an ingredient has human trial data we have used the dose from those trials and we cite them. Where it does not, we say so. Anyone in this category promising a specific number of pounds in a specific number of days is either guessing or lying.
Why only three products?
Because a range of thirty means most of them are the same formula in different bottles. Three formulations is what we can explain honestly.
Where can I see the test results?
Nothing has shipped yet, so there are no results to show. When ordering opens, the lot code on the base of your bottle will resolve to the certificate of analysis for that lot — identity, potency, heavy metals, microbiology. Not a representative sample from a different batch.
